I am 59-years-old. Up until five years ago, I did not tweet, blog, or really know very much about technology . Now I can create and continue to develop my skills.

Someone who inspires you and knowledge they have imparted:
Alec Couros inspires me because he gave me the gift of overcoming my fears by encouraging a non technological person to take risks and reach out for support. I have learned so many skills because of his support and knowledge. His kindness was and continues to be modelled for me. I believe I am a better School Counselor because of everything he taught me.

Challenge you’ve faced and how you overcame it:
Five years ago I jumped into ETMOOC Educational Technology Massive Open Online Course and It has changed the way I communicate. I can now learn, collaborate and share with people all around the world. Joining this course not only helped me professionally, but it has helped me personally as well.
